Sehari is a time when Muslims wake up around 3-4 AM to eat and drink. the sehri time is over once the morning azan is called. then the Roza begins till Iftar.

At iftar time i.e breaking of roza around  (7-8 PM )

Who all are exempted from Ramadan fasting?

Exceptions exist for individuals with health issues who require medication throughout the day. People who are pregnant, nursing mothers, elderly or people who are sick, Travelers and seniors who either cannot tolerate fasting or upon whom fasting is harmful almost everyone else fasting is fair game.

 Additionally, children cannot begin doing so until they reach puberty. However, some people practice fasting before that time, typically for a few days.
